Due to the excellent flex of the JK Wrangler, the rear coils can come un-seated from the rear axle coil perch during serious articulation. The coil can then fall out of the vehicle, causing the tire to compress into the flare or body and spoil a good day on the trail.

Rusty’s has come up with a simple solution with an installation time of about 15 minutes! The Rusty’s retainer kit consist of a two 3/16″ laser cut plate that bolt to the rear axle using our unique tab bolt. They are e-coated and powder coated for protection and a great look.
