TheCognito Ultimate Leveling Kit is designed for those with a larger budget whodemand the highest level of performance, quality, and visual impact. Thiscomprehensive package includes everything needed to completely transform thelook, feel, and capability of your truck.For standard and Denali models, the kit raises the front of the truck by 3inches, while the rear height is adjustable between 1 and 2 inches, allowingyou to dial in your preferred stance. For AT4 and Trail Boss models already equipped with a factory 2-inch lift, this package increases the front by anadditional 1 inch. The rear can then be adjusted to remain at stock height or lowered by 1 inch, depending on your desired appearance, thanks to theincluded adjustable mini packs.Denali models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC) are fully supported. The kit includes a dedicated hardware package and clearinstructions to easily bypass the ARC solenoids connected to the factoryshocks.Maintaining proper ride quality while leveling requires preserving at least3 inches of droop travel. This is achieved with Cognito’s Billet UpperControl Arm Kit, featuring corrected ball joint angles and ahigh-articulation joint design. To complement this, the kit includes premiumFox Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks. These high-performanceshocks utilize recirculating reservoirs to manage heat and are equipped withDual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters for precise tuning. While branded as“Race Series,” these shocks are built with advanced Fox racing technology,offering unmatched performance for those who simply want the bestavailable.Cognito’s billet upper control arms are precision-machined fromhigh-quality 6061 aluminum and finished with a durable black anodizedcoating. The result is a lightweight yet extremely strong component—one ofthe most robust upper control arms Cognito has produced. All necessaryhardware and detailed, step-by-step instructions are included to ensure asmooth installation process.In the rear, a minimum lift of 1 inch is required to properly accommodatethe longer shocks, with adjustability up to 2 inches. This is achieved usingthe included Deaver mini packs, which also improve ride quality over largerbumps. For AT4 and Trail Boss models, the factory overload spring, 2-inchblock, and bump stop spacer are removed and replaced with the mini packs andnew 1.5-inch bump stop spacers, providing better suspension performance andprotecting the shocks from bottoming out. Longer U-bolts are also included tocomplete the installation.
