Description

Over time, most exhaust systems will begin to rust and deteriorate. On the later 5.9 and 6.7 Cummins exhaust systems, they will typically break right at the turbo flange. We designed this flange to work as an easy replacement to eliminate the need for a new downpipe or new exhaust. Simply cut the broken factory flange off by working through the wheel well, then weld our repair flange on and reconnect to the turbo. This flange will work with 4″ or 5″ OD exhaust systems on all Cummins 2005-2018. The inside diameter of the flange is 4.2″. The outside diameter of the flange where the v-band clamp attaches is 5.2″

If you have a 2003 – 2004 you will need the earlier Cummins Exhaust Repair Flange part # GRD00187-E. Turbo side ID is 3.51, OD is 4.4. Pipe side of the flange ID is 3.64 and OD is 3.83.
