Description

The factory JL Wrangler / JT Gladiator lower control arm mounts are beefy but still susceptible to damage from the trail. Though thicker than JK and TJ mounts, they’re still relatively thin stamped steel, and their open design allows the control arm eyelets to also receive trail damage. Rusty’s JL/JT Control Arm Skids are constructed of 1/4″ thick laser-cut steel that is then CNC formed for an exact fit. These skids tie the mount together and also provide a smooth surface for rocks to slid across rather than getting caught on the mount and stopping forward progression.

Sold in pairs. Welding is required for installation, and some trimming may be necessary depending on the type of control arm and mount being used. Ships raw (uncoated).
